As a parent, we believe you have the right to:

  • Understand the philosophy and goals of your child’s program
  • Be aware of the daily schedule for your child, including the program plan, time of meals, etc.
  • Know how your child is behaving, growing, learning, and interacting with others
  • Understand how our teachers interact with both children and fellow staff members
  • Know our discipline policy and offer your input about the discipline of your child
  • Be aware of our sanitation standards, health and safety policies and procedures
  • Have frequent communication with our teachers and be heard when you have concerns
  • Have advance notice for special activities

As your partner in education, we ask for you to:

  • Bring your child clean and properly dressed
  • Ensure your child has had adequate rest and is in good health
  • Keep your child at home if child is showing symptoms of any illness
  • Inform the director and teachers if your child has an allergy, has been exposed to a contagious illness or has had a change in behavior due to a traumatic experience
  • Notify the director of vacations, tardiness, or absences in advance
  • Keep your child’s records up to date in our files
  • Communicate with the staff if someone other than parents will pick up your child
  • Pay all tuition and fees on time
